We pre-spray your carpets prior to cleaning for maximum effectiveness. Spots are pre-treated according to the type of stain, protien or water based carpet stains.
If a protein based stain is present, an enzyme traffic lane cleaner is used. We then allow for a 20 minute dwell time and agitate where needed. Your carpet is then extracted with an acidic rinse or detergent. We may also use a detergent with enzymes if conditions are heavily laden with protein oils, such as food service areas.
To treat a water based stain on your carpet, we use a traffic lane cleaner between 7-13pH Based on the severity of the stain and the particular type of carpet. We then allow for a 20 minute dwell time and agitate where needed.
